REGISTRATION:

The registration process starts with filling out the registration form. Payment e-mail will be sent to the student’s e-mail address within 2 days after completing the form. Classes start after the payment is completed.

CLASS CANCELLATION AND MAKE-UP:

Make-up classes will be provided for lessons canceled by LiveEnglishNow tutors.

Classes can be re-scheduled by the student only by sending an email to the tutor. Classes can be re-scheduled only up to 4 hours prior to the lesson’s start time. Duly rescheduled classes will be entitled to make-up lessons. The student has the right to request a make-up class up to ¼ of the total classes of the purchased package.

RENEWAL/EXTENSION:

Few days prior to the end of current package, a notification email will be sent to confirm if the student wants to proceed by purchasing of a new package. The new package will start after the payment with the same schedule and tutor, if the payment is made before the end of current package.

REFUND & TRANSFER POLICY:

7 days from the first payment date: Upon request, 100% refund if the student has not taken any lessons. After 7 days from the payment or any subsequent payments: it is non-refundable unless there was a technical issue on LiveEnglishNow.

The student may request to transfer the purchased classes to another person.
